Confidentiality
Everything shared in therapy is held in strict professional confidence. Exceptions, required by law or safeguarding, are explained at the start of work together.
Data we hold
Contact details, session notes, and payment records are stored securely and used solely to deliver therapeutic care, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Cancellation
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged in full. Where possible we will reschedule rather than cancel.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@clearwavetherapy.co.uk.
