Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding someone you feel comfortable with matters. That's why I offer a free, no-obligation complimentary call, giving us the opportunity to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and see whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
(Before booking an Initial Assessment, Online CBT Session or 6 Session Package, a consultation would be appropriate to see what would be best for you).
Session type
All sessions are conducted securely online. Your details are held confidentially.
Concessional Rate: If you are a student, unemployed or facing financial difficulties please discuss this during the consultation for a concessional rate. Please note there may be limited spaces for concessional sessions.
Cancellation policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans may occasionally need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee. This policy helps ensure that appointment times can be offered to others who may be waiting for support, while also helping to maintain consistency and continuity in your own therapeutic journey.
